Terms of service

These terms apply between Antonijo Cale, Zagreb, Croatia ("Grant Sorted", "we") and the organisation buying the service ("you"). Contact: hello@grantsorted.uk.

Services and prices

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and paid in advance by card through Stripe.

• Application Review, £39: you send your own draft; we check it against the funder's published guidance (eligibility, required fields and limits, budget, attachments, clarity) and return a list of corrections.
• Full Draft, £129: a complete draft application for one fund, prepared from the information you provide.
• Draft + Second Fund, £219: a Full Draft plus an adaptation for a second fund.

Delivery times

Review: 1 working day from receiving your draft. Full Draft: 3 working days; Draft + Second Fund: 5 working days, from receiving complete materials. Delays caused by missing information do not count.

How drafts are prepared

Drafts are prepared with the help of AI writing tools and checked against the funder's published guidance. They are based on what you tell us, so please read them carefully.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for checking the draft, and for signing and submitting the application by the deadline. We do not submit applications for you.

No guarantee of funding

We do not guarantee that any application will be successful. Funding decisions are made solely by the funder.

Refunds and revisions

• Review: if we fail to flag a clearly stated formal requirement in the funder's guidance, we refund the price of the review.
• Full Draft and Draft + Second Fund: one round of revisions is included. Further changes may be charged.
• Otherwise payments are not refundable once delivery has started.

Liability

We are not liable for rejected applications, missed deadlines, or funding not received. Our liability is limited to the price paid, except where the law does not allow this.

Customers and consumer rights

Our services are sold to organisations for business purposes, not to consumers, so consumer-law rights (such as the right to cancel) do not apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia.
